Trying to contact schools before the big move (Pune)

Hello!

Did anybody try to contact schools before actually arriving in India?

We will be moving from New York to Pune during the first/second week of July Protected content are interested in getting in touch with the school authorities beforehand since we have heard that there is a lengthy process for obtaining admission.

I have a daughter who will be turning five in August and based on where we would like to live (Kalyani Nagar) and what we have read on this forum, Symbiosis seems to be a good choice. However, I have been writing to the Dean of Administration to clarify procedures (and obtain an admission application form) but I have not received any reply.

My questions are: does anybody have a child going to Symbiosis? If yes, what is the best way to contact them for admission procedures? Or is it better to get to India first? Lastly, is there an agency in Pune (that you have used and trust) that helps with school admissions?
