Role: Personal Assistant to C.E.O. of Kider Group
•Manage & Maintain the CEO's diary & Email account.
•Ensure busy diary commitments, papers & travel arrangements are managed effectively.
•Conducting weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other request.
•Coordinate travel & accommodation requirements for the company employees.
•Keep & maintain an accurate record of papers & electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
•Prepare correspondence on behalf of CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
•Ensure guest meetings with the CEO are well taken care of.
•Coordinating with different department for weekly reports.
Qualifications: B.A. in English/Hospitality/Administration/Teaching&Training
Advance level of English (mandatory) and Basic level of Spanish (preferable)
Expert in Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer.
Good written & verbal communication; Ability to multi task; Smart & positive attitude;
Good presentation skills; Attention to details & deadlines;
Must be available to travel all over India. Must have Drivers License (Car).
Available to start in the end of March/April. (required)
