Cultural intelligence survey (Quito)

InterNations member Alexandre Bachkirov is part of a research team from the China and India Centers & Asian Studies at Rollins College, USA.
Alexandre is one of 86 researchers who started a study in September Protected content cultural intelligence. This competence can be described as “an individual’s capability to function and manage effectively in culturally diverse settings”.
