Elementary School (Quito)

Hi. I just joined this group! My husband and I are thinking of moving to Ecuador with our twin daughters. They will be about 11 when we move (summer or fall of Protected content . What about schools for people that cannot really afford the private schools? Is there an option? I've been googling the heck out of this subject and am not getting really any positive information. Maybe someone here can help out??? I myself spent 2 years in swedish schools and 1 year in a spanish school. Great experience, but that was back in Protected content .
