Finding rye seeds or flour for baking (Quito)

Friends of ours who live in the Manabí area have asked me to find rye flour or rye seeds for baking ( harina de centeno or semillas de centeno). Does anyone know where I might be able to find either of those items in Quito? Thanks for any suggestions.
