About the job:
You will be working along-side the CEO of the upstart. You will be acting in a number of administrative assistant capacities. In your job you will learn in a trial by fire, rapid pace environment. Thus individuals incapable of handling fast paced environments do not bother reading further-its not for you.

We are looking for a person that has a desire to learn a business that will change their lives. Ever wanted to make a U.S. salary here? Well here is your chance. Just keep in mind it not handed to you on a silver platter. You will have to work for it. But the pay off will come. It all depends on your learning curve and your persistence.

The Trade Off:
The first 90 days are probationary. And that point-here is where you will have to bite the bullet-the pay is low. If you can handle that, then you are on your way. The good thing? I dont need you for many hours at the beginning. Protected content a week should be more than enough.

Keep in mind, this is a start-up. But it is in an amazing industry and they do not have this field here in Ecuador-less than 5 in total.

What Alpha does:
Alpha Trading Capital Markets provides a trading platform for retail Forex, CFD's, and Metals traders to buy and sell these instruments. We are similar in providing this service in Forex as the NASDAQ would be in providing this service for stocks.

Must have's:

English-native or very fluent.
Will be speaking with clients from all over the world, most of which speak english.
Answering calls, emails, and performing sales tasks over the internet. A good presence is needed as some interactions will be video calls. Will be prospecting for clients using social sites, forums, etc. Will be learning the sales process as well as the client agent-handling client issues and needs. This part of the job is crucial. It is the value determining metric.
