Immigration/Work Lawyer (Quito)

Hi all....

I would like to get some suggestions on lawyers that could help me think through my options in terms of immigration and work visas etc.

I work for an international nonprofit organization and am currently based in our regional hub in Panama. My organization has a national office in Quito, but perhaps rather than transfer my contract to a national level, it might behoove me to remain as an independent contractor on my US contract, just based in Quito. But of course, I have no idea what that would mean in terms of a non-immigrant visa, a work visa, income taxes etc.

Has anyone used/recommend a lawyer who specializes in immigration and work visa issues?
