Job search / Advice (Quito)

Hi everyone.
I am looking to move to ecuador but need to find a job first. My internet searches have been very frustrating for me because my Spanish is only at an intermediate level. English is my native language and I would enjoy teaching. However I am a qualified Chef and would be more suited in something that revolves around a kitchen, cuisine is an international language so I don't think I would have a problem fitting in.
If anyone knows of a cultural exchange program or anyone in the Hospitality industry please let me know. I would like to come over as soon as possible.
