Looking for musicians for rock band!

I am a 33-year old musician from Sweden now living in Quito. I am looking for musicians for a new rock band.

I need:
Bass player
Drummer
Lead guitarist

The style is indie rock/alternative rock, I have found much inspiration from bands like Radiohead, Muse, Coldplay, The Strokes, Oasis, Blur, and classic rock from the 60's and 70's.

I want to find musicians that are skilled and creative and can contribute to the music! I wanna work hard and disciplined in order to quickly have a repertoire to preform live. I have home studio equipment to make recordings later on.
