Month long visit to Ecuador (Quito)

Hi. My 10 year old daughters and I are planning a month long visit to Ecuador - June, Protected content . I want us to be able to do some volunteer work while we are there. Does anyone have any suggestions? Location in Ecuador is dependent on where we can find some volunteer work. Of course, I want to do this as a family. Any suggestions would be AWESOME!!!
