Pregnant in Quito?

Hi,
I am an American married to an Ecuadorian and I am 7 months pregnant with our first baby. I am looking to share this experience with other expectant or new mothers. I have not found any support groups and even have had trouble finding a good prenatal yoga class. Please let me know if you have any contacts or are pregnant, too and would like to get together.
