Recycled Paper (Quito)

I run the women's economic solidarity project at Cenit which is the Internations offical charity here in Quito. We are modernizing the card workshop with a new printing machine etc but we need office paper/white paper to recycle so we can increase production. We have been promised various sources but non of them have materialized. We really need paper in quantity (it's kind of people to offer a small amount but unfurtunatly not really worth our time picking it up) So we are looking for large offices etc that can donate. We can arrange pickup. We are looking for businesses that would like to enter this as a long term arrangement. Not only do you help the environment, you help a womens project too.
Any ideas please get in touch, we really do need this. Please help!
