Seattlite wants to live in Quito 3 months, Jan-Mar

Can someone help me with moving to Quito for three months this coming winter, Protected content ? I live in Seattle. I have also traveled extensively in South America as well as other places in the world.

I want to learn Spanish and find a homestay to learn the language. I would like to meet other expats in Quito, Cuenca and Guayaquil (so I can go to the Galapagos).

I want to be immersed in the culture, get away from the US and get more proficient in Spanish.
