I have five packages from the same US shipper delayed, ie. stuck ln Miami, for months due mostly to my inability to upload facturas and a return label (one package has to be returned because it contains vitamins).
The Club Correos-Econcargo website is user unfriendly, at least to me, and the two sister companies have not provided me with sufficient customer service. Evidently I need more support from somewhere.
I am wondering if there is anyone in our network who can assist me in breaking the Miami logjam.
I am willing to pay for this service, especially to someone who has successfully uploaded facturas and brought stuff into the country via Club Correos-Econcargo, and who might be able to teach me how to do this on my own going forward.
