Transportation (Quito)

We recently returned to Quito and we are looking for different types of transportation needs:
1) Reliable radio taxi companies Protected content who you could hire by the hour for local in city trips/shopping or cultural or other event drop off/pick up a specific time
3) Driver for excursions outside the city for tourist type trips (pay by day or hour) (Bilingual might be a plus but is not necessary)
