Military service in Morocco (Rabat)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone can provide me with more information about the military service that men in Morocco go through while they serve it. My boyfriend started his service today and from what I know, he will be gone for 6 months and was not allowed to take his cellphone. Any information about what he will experience from your personal experience or from the stories you've heard from others who have gone through it will be greatly appreciated.

I miss him very much already. This is going to be a very long 6-month period for me. :-(
