Relocating to Rabat

Bonjour,
I am relocating to Morocco soon and I’m looking for housing in Rabat (my office will be near Avenue de France). Ideally it would be a new or renewed 2BR+ Salon flat.
Any tips , advices and informations about “quartiers” in Rabat, renting prices range (furnished vs not furnished), and living there in general are very welcome and would be helpful !!.
