Food in Regensburg

Hello Guys,

I am moving to Regensburg in January Protected content . I would like to know as much as possible about Regensburg and food. Are there possibilities to dine out gluten and dairy free or purely organic? Are there any weekly markets? Where can you get organic grass fed meats? What about health shops, do you have any address or link? Are there any website, which deliver organic vegetable or meat at your door?
If you have any ideas or recommendations, please let me know. I will be visiting Regensburg regularly before the big move and would love to get more familiar with the town.
