Planning to work in Riga in 2014

Greetings everyone!
Next year I am moving to my girlfriend's house in Riga and planning to find a job in town. However I don't have the slightest clue what paperwork is needed for me, as EU citzen, to legally work and live there. Also, working in archaeology and in arts I really don't know where to start looking for a job.
Any tips would be much appreciated!
