User Support Specialist with Swedish language skills
About the job
User Support or Helpdesk is the core of Swedbank IT. As a helpdesk specialist, your main task is to help Swedbank employees and to solve technical and IT related problems arising in their work environments by telephone and desktop support. All cases are register in the Bank´s case management system to facilitate the handling of problem solution. You will be responsible for delivering support to Swedish speaking Swedbank employees.
We are looking for an energetic team-player to join our team of 30 colleagues. You should have excellent customer service skills and an interest in IT.
