Complexities of Relocating to Brazil!?! (Rio de Janeiro)

Hello Everyone,

We are a soon to be retired American military family living in Germany and would like to continue our expat lifestyle in Brazil. We've visited before and have several connections there. However, we know nothing about the process of moving there, gaining employment, schools, etc. Does anyone have any help with this or know where we can find it?
