English Teacher Jobs - moving to Rio (Rio de Janeiro)

Hello! I really want to teach English in Rio de Janeiro and was wondering what the best way to go about this is? Are there any specific companies I should know about, or whether it is important to have any teaching qualifications?

Alternatively, my experience is primarily with childcare and I was wondering if it is common to have nanny/au pairs in Rio?
