Exchanging English or Dutch classes for French (Rio de Janeiro)

Hi everybody! I'm belgian (from the flamish part) and would like to refresh my French. But as I don't want to spend money on it I'm looking for someone to exchange services with. I can offer English or Dutch classes. Is any french speaker interested in meeting up with me once per week to have classes of 2 hours, one of them me giving you classes and the other hour you giving me classes?
