hiking destination close to RIo (Rio de Janeiro)

Hi,
I would like to know of any nice destinations around Rio (up to Protected content away) for a few days of hiking in nature. Would be lovely to stay in a cosy Pousada and then head off in a group or with a guide for some hours of pleasant hiking. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
