Hello All,
I am freelancer for THE RIO TIMES ( an expat paper) and would like to know if someone could give me an answer for my new article ...
Do you go to the beach in Ipanema and leblon, with or without checking the newspaper to see if the water is clean?
Does any one bother with the canal waste pollution on those beaches?
