“Noite do Bem” Benefit Party Oct 29 Rio Scenarium! (Rio de Janeiro)

Dear Beautiful Internations People,

I wanted to invite you to “Noite do Bem” - The Night of Good - a Benefit Party for CDI - the Center for Digital Inclusion on Tuesday October 29. Come after work to support CDI and listen (and maybe even dance) to some fantastic Brazilian music with the who's-who of Rio de Janeiro at Rio Scenarium starting at 18:30 until the wee hours of the night!

CDI is a pioneer of the digital inclusion movement in Latin America for 18 years. Our innovative operating model and proven robust methodology has been replicated worldwide. Today, CDI has Protected content inclusion spaces and a presence in 13 countries.CDI has received many awards over the past 18 years, namely by Unesco, Unicef, CNN, Time Magazine, World Economic Forum, Clinton Global Initiative and many others.

CDI has been chosen to participate in the "Social Entrepreneurs Challenge" a global initiative of the Skoll Foundation in partnership with The Huffington Post which goes on until November 22. Organizations participating in the Challenge are recipients of the "Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship" and represent some of the most successful entrepreneurial organizations in the world - we are proud just to have been included but we think we can win! The Challenge has the potential to leverage up to $1 million in prize funding from the Skoll Foundation, including $250,000 in dedicated prize money through daily and weekly challenges and up to $750,000 in additional matching funds.

As part of this Challenge we are organizing a fantastic event in Rio Scenarium on October 29th at 6:30 until the place closes. Known worldwide, Rio Scenarium is a veritable Lapa institution located in the heart of the historic district with one of the richest musical and nightlife traditions in Rio dating back to the first half of the twentieth century.
