People/Mothers of Zona Sul (Rio de Janeiro)

Hi All,
I'm new to Rio and hoping to meet some people. The more the merrier but I'm 6 months pregnant so if you're a mother or mother to be or just looking for someone to do non-drinking activities with please get in touch.

I'm from New Zealand and have lived in Australia for 6 years.

My interestes are fairly broad - beach, fitness, food, cultural stuff, drinking and partying (on hold for now!) and I'm always keen to meet new people and make new friends. I worked as a business manager in aus and am now teaching english here part-time. I'm very interested(but inexperienced) in the social development/social entreprenuerial space also.

A huuuge priority for me at the moment (other than preparing for motherhood) is learning Portugues so it would be great to catch up with anyone who is in the same situation.
