Photographer & Guitarist (Rio de Janeiro)

Hello,
I'm planning to propose to my gf.. maybe in May in Rio de Janeiro, in front of the Selaron Steps. I'd like to find a photographer and maybe a guitarist (bossa nova style) to be present in the area at the time. Does anybody have recommendations in Rio for a good photographer or guitarist that can be hired for an hour or so for a reasonable price? Also, I've never been to the Selaron Steps... are they constantly swarmed with tourists or is there a specific time that they are very crowded? Thank you for any help.
