Rappelling At Sugar Loaf (Rio de Janeiro)

Hello Guys,

Wanted to reach out as this may interest you. On the 6th July I´m going to Abseiling, also called rappelling, (is the controlled descent down a rock face using a rope) in the Sugar Loaf.

If any of you are interested we have instructors going and is very easy and safe. I’ve done on my first time with the instructor the next I was doing on my own! On the day we hike via a beautiful trail in the nature at the Morro da urca (the first mountain in sugar loaf), and set up all to rappel. Is very easy and anyone can do it!

The company is run by an Army rescue and safe emergencies officers. The value is R$70 per person which includes de lessons, equipment rental. Is an unforgettable experience!
