Tips request in Rio de Janeiro! Any get together?

I am visiting Rio the first two weeks of February and would like to know if there is any event or get together taking place!? Besides I would be very happy to know from locals cool bars/places to go in the city. I had visited the city in other opportunities, last time I was in Lapa one night and enjoyed the music at bim bim in Copacabana (I thinks this was the name of this nice small bar with music). Any suggestion in Barra de Tijuca?
