If you are:

Between the Age of Protected content in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
Have a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in Education or related field
Excellent presentation and Communication skills in Both English and Arabic
Have a successful record of minimum two years working in Sales achieving and exceeding your targets and have customer care experience
Must have sufficient IT knowledge and confidence to work with CRM systems and databases, manage incoming emails, and record all customer communication.
Analytical qualities to measure, interpret and act accordingly are vital
High level work ethic and determined to achieve optimal result with a sense of urgency.
A desire and commitment to learn and understand our markets must be shown.

The position is to Manage Our products in KSA and establish a Successful team.

You will be:

Marketing Educational Products by multiple methods to schools in KSA.

This will include:

Establishing contacts with the schools by contacting schools by phone, face to face or referral to arrange presentation to principal and teachers.
Arranging and implementing email campaigns to schools.
Presenting to schools, teachers meetings and parent meetings.
Conducting Training for teachers.
Organising Exibitions.
Contacting existing customers regarding upgrading their current service.
Contacting schools regarding invoices and upgrading their service.
Keeping accurate records using company IPA System.
Achieving agreed objectives on a monthly basis
Recording all queries using the CRM provided.
Retaining subscribers through customer satisfaction and generating new business.

Activities include but are not limited to the following:

• Taking incoming customer calls from individual subscribers and schools.
• Handle incoming emails from individual customer subscriptions and schools.
• Provide feedback from customers to product developers
• Provide detailed reports on activity and results.
• Organise exhibition as required
• Arranging and implementing email campaigns to schools.
• Conducting Training for teachers.
• Administration
