Assistant to the HR & Administration Manager
The Assistant to the Human Resources & Administration manager assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources and administration functions and duties.
Applicants for this position should have a degree in Human Resource Management or Business related degree. Good computer skills are also required, because much of the work in HR involves using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills are critical for the job, because HR people work closely with all levels of employees and job applicants. Excellent command of the Arabic language as well as the English language is a must.
Brief Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting: Provide support to the HR & Administration manager
Creating reports and control mechanisms: The HR assistant should compile a variety of reports. This can include weekly, monthly and yearly reports for other departments (accounting, IT, legal) or even internally for control purposes.
Designing: Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems while ensuring the processes support the Company’s strategy through appropriate staff member.
Supervising: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating department staff
Handling: the successful candidate must have the ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Coordinating: Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
Analysing: Must have the ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals
Developing: must have necessary skills to research, analyse and evaluate new departmental delivery methods and techniques.
