Birth Certificate in Riyadh!

Hi,

I wonder if someone had similar experience and managed to find a way out! I am British national and had my first baby boy here in Riyadh 2 weeks ago! I have tried all the ways to get early appointment in Civil Affair Nasseriyah office for Birth Certificate but no success! Earliest available is in November! That is too late since I am planning for vacation by last week of October.

Got in touch with HM Passpot office they said you can send originals of Hospital one and it takes 6 weeks to get child's passport.

I would do so but I don't want objection on application and then end up having to fix error and wasting more time!

Can someone help who have had similar situation? Could the British Embassy of any assistance?
