Compensation Package (Riyadh)

Hello Expats in Riyadh!

I am Uraitz and I will be (most likely) moving to Riyadh soon, I am still negotiating my Compensation Package and I would like to know if you could help me with the salary I should ask. We already agreed that my company will provide me with full medical coverage, flights back home, a company car, they will pay for all the costs of my visa paperwork, and they will give me every year an extra bonus with the value of 3 month salary to help with rent. I have an American MBA and the salaries I see online are usually either too low or too high so I would really appreciate any help, any realistic info from people that already live there.
