Considering offer in KSA. (Riyadh)

Hi,

I got a job offer as an engineer in KSA and probably will accept it. However for me is strange that the offer does not have starting date on it. Which I am assuming is because the visa complications and the KSA visa office.
Questions which I would like to ask:
- Protected content for housing allowance. Is that OK enough for living. I am single.
- The other concern is how are the gyms there? I will be situated in Rabigh and probably will live in compound.
- Is ISIS affects the life over there?
- Is it worth it to move from Ft. McMurray, AB to Rabigh, KSA because the payment rise is not really significant.
