Dinner in compound restaurant (Riyadh)

Hi Everybody
I was wondering if there was a way to book for a dinner in a compound restaurant without living there of being invited by someone.
i've been told that maybe is possibile in riyadh village compound. can anyone confirm? or also suggest other places where you can go safely go in 2 (maybe DQ)
