Dog owners in Riyadh

Hi, I am due to move to Riyadh in a few months and would like to know what it is like being a dog owner in Riyadh so I can make the decision on whether to bring our dog out with us. Are there good walking sites, does it get too hot for them (we are moving from the UK) and are there kennels for when we go on holiday? What is the process of getting them out there and is it straight forward?
