We are accepting applications for the following position:

DRAFTSMAN –CIVIL

1. Knowledge of general specification and special specification of civil and buildings works
2. Read and understand Architectural plans
3. Knowledge of architectural symbols
4. Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical symbols
5. Knowledge of material types. Eg types of masonry , coatings , floors , insulation with uses and applications and material specifications , etc.
6. Ability to create and correct architectural drawings
7. Ability to create and correct structural drawings
8. Ability to create and correct plumbing drawings
9. Ability to create and correct electrical drawings
10. Ability to operate Computer Aided Design (CAD) computer system, including creating, updating and modifying maps; and perform manual drafting
11. Ability to create two and three dimensional drawings
12. Preparation of bill of materials
