Education in Riyadh

Hello all. I am new to InterNations. I am considering a move to riyadh. Does my 4 yr old daughter HAVE to go to an international school? A big pro for me is if she could attend a regular/public/Arab school to learn Arabic along with native speakers.
Does anyone know of foreigners in the public school system?
