Employment Contract (Riyadh)

I need some information regarding employment contract.
I have an offer in Riyadh. But the Employment contract given to me does not include everything stipulated in the contract offer like Family status and vacation air tickets and other Flexi benefits. They are saying that only direct salary portion and medical are included. Is this right?
