Hi, sorry if this has been discussed before, but when I did a search I couldn't find the information I am looking for..

Can you buy Euros in Riyadh for Rials? I am about to get an iqama (inshallah) but I won't have enough time to open a bank account before Eid when I go on vacation.

Is it possible to exchange Riyals for Euros at the Madrid airport?

Also, is it possible to pay for an exit visa by credit card?
