Health Visitor/post natal care - Riyadh

Hi,

Can anyone with experience of bringing up kids in Riyadh let me know if there are clinics offering a service similar to the UK Health Visitor after care is handed over by the midwife?

My wife is a Health Visitor in the UK and is trying to look at whether there is an equivalent service in KSA. She's found the equivalent in the UAE, but nothing obvious in Riyadh.

Any names of clinics or experience here would be welcome!
