hiring a private driver (Riyadh)

My company has it's own driver available to us for free, but most of the time, they are late and they don't know where they are going and they don't speak English. I want to hire a driver who is English speaking, has a nice car and knows Riyadh forwards and backwards. Someone reasonable and trustworthy and always available. Any ideas?
