How do i make calls on american phone? (Riyadh)

I was wondering how I make calls to places in Saudi using my American phone? Also is there a way for me to find my location? I'm in KSA I believe? I'm here playing basketball for Al-Ansar but I do not know my actually location. Is it possible to get sent care packages here? Last question, does anyone know if there's stores where I can get an apple mac book laptop? Thank you
