Hi girls! How can you remain fit and healthy? Came here 2 years ago I was just 49 kilos, now??? OMG!! I'm 65 kilos! I really want to lost weight but how??? I work night shifts 6 days in a week and when I went home Im just so dead tired! Then day off once a week only. No wonder most of the people here gain more and more weight each passing years. I'm sure it's not only me who has this problem. I can't even pull myself up when I woke up to work out and see if it helps.. But the muscles pain just kills me also. I'm on diet but sometimes you really can't resist by eating fatty foods specially if there's treat from your colleagues mostly three times in a week. Just saying maybe someone has the same story as mine..
