leaving Saudi (Riyadh)

Hi there, this is I difficult issue, maybe someone could help me. U want top leave my current employ but the company said if I want top leave, I owe them Protected content . I cannot pay this. They also won't assist me to bring my family. I have a job starting in September in Dammam where I could take my family. I therefore just wanna go on leave from this position and never return. I will come back in September using an alternative passport from another country I have. Could they catch me and cause problems?
Our else I am thinking about the company firing me. Then they well buy me a ticket and I can leave without paying any money. What is the best way they could fire me without causing legal problems for me?
