Minimalist gym (Riyadh)

Hi,
Are there any minimalist gyms in Riyadh? I don't need anything fancy (just a weight room with a power rack). Fitness Time is just too big and I'd end up paying for services I wouldn't be using.
Any suggestions or recommendations for places near the DQ or exit 8?
