Mobile WiFi recommendation (Riyadh)

Good Afternoon,

I'm looking into getting one of these mobile Wi-Fi devices and know of a few companies that provide the service i.e. STC, Mobil, etc. I know they throttle the speeds if you use more than the allotted data. I'm just looking for the best of the bunch or see what the majority recommends. I'm located at Najd compound if that makes a difference. Thanks.
