PLEASE HELP!! Saudi Driving License Renewal (Riyadh)

Greetings!

I have searched all over the internet for some answers to my problem but unfortunately I can't find any that matches exactly my case.

I have a Saudi License before and up to now it is till not expired. BUT, I already transferred to a NEW company and my license was surrendered to my OLD company. I would just like to know if I can renew it even though the original card is not with me, (And I forgot to mention that I also need it to be transferred to my NEW employer, not just renewal). I asked my colleague working at my old company if I can still retrieve the license but he said maybe they already threw away my card since I already filed an EXIT to their company.

I badly need your help please kindly acknowledge.
