possible skin cancer - need good demotolgist in R (Riyadh)

Hello all, would anyone have a good recommendation for a good dermatologist in Riyadh who can identify and treat skin cancer?

I have some dry patches & spots consistent with pre-cancerous conditions and a black spot that may be melanoma. I went to a hospital nearby and was told they were caused by the climate in KSA -- as these spots appeared before I was ever in KSA, that's obviously not the case.
